Job description

SUMMARY OVERVIEW
The Service Hub Manager is Prime Appearance's senior on-site leader and is responsible for managing and overseeing the Service Hub's personnel and operations. This role involves managing a team of staff, ensuring our customer's service level expectations are met, managing and controlling customer inventory and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. The Service Hub Manager will be responsible for running an efficient operation, cultivating an environment that values safety, customer service and teamwork, and building/maintaining strong relationships with various airport departments and external stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support your team in meeting all customer expectations, as clearly outlined in our contractual agreements with the customer
  • Audit results of team's work to ensure expectations are being met
  • Develop and maintain the team's schedule to ensure seamless operations
  • Follows up on customer and company requests
  • Analyzes inventory reports, manages to financial budget expectations, plans and forecasts labor needs
  • Manage Prime Appearance assets, including vehicles, technology and other equipment on site
  • Manage customer relationships, including regular communication with the customer's regional management
  • Follow SOP & Quality Management System Procedures
  • Solve problems and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Monitor and drive performance metrics, making adjustments as needed to meet service level requirements
  • Ensure compliance with airport regulations, safety standards, and company policies
  • Lead, train, and motivate Service Hub staff to achieve high performance
  • Manage to a budget, forecasting, and plan appropriate resource allocation for the Service Hub
  • Attention to detail
  • May be assigned other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with increasing responsibility in aviation/airport operations, supply chain/3PL or other customer service roles
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing teams
  • Strong understanding of airport safety and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Intermediate/Highly proficient Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Must have a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents
  • Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use electronic devices including iPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
  • Pass a background check and drug screen
  • Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
  • Aviation is 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
