Service Foreman
Department: Operations
Employment Type: Full Time

Reporting To: Production
Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 / hour

We are a familyโ€‘owned nationwide commercial roofing company. For over 20 years we've maintained excellence by servicing our clients with in-house teams only. We are looking for a Foreman with commercial roofing experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain low-sloped roof systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, EPDM); 5+ years experience preferred.
  • Operate tools and equipment including Leister welder, hot air gun, and propane torch (preferred).
  • Follow job specs, warranties, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Create client reports via tablet and use technology for communication/receipts.
  • Support Foreman with communication, training, and directing crew members.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Prior roofing or related trade experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
  • Ability to operate handheld technology such as tablets and/or smartphones
