Job Description
Summary
  • Responsible for coordinating SGS services locally and globally.

Job Functions
  • Receive Orders from clients, sales and account management Teams for the local and global operations.
  • Ensure proper documentation and order processing
  • Opens orders in Systems
  • Notify Sales and Account Management Teams of service delivery delays.
  • Communicate client order concerns to the client, Sales and Account Management teams as required by account SOP or other defined client requirements.
  • Escalates non routine order, inquiries or service delays concerns or issues to Client Service Team Management Lead for resolution.
  • Coordinate invoicing with invoicing team.
  • Send Reports to clients.
  • Maintain job folders and filing.
  • Other duties assigned as necessary in response to business needs.
  • Performs collection efforts to meet DSO targets

Qualifications
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED (Required)
  • Associate's degree in science background (Preferred)
  • Two or more years of administrative or operational experience, familiarity with data entry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, and Outlook specifically.
  • Working in laboratory environment a plus

Skills
  • Ability to establish effective working and team relationships with internal and external customers, works in a collaborative manner.
  • Highly motivated, dependable, and detail oriented.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Compensation
The expected salary for this position is $24.00 to $28.00 per hour. This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.
