Title: Service Contract Administrator
Location: Onsite at Lisle, IL. (Must be local)
Duration: 6 Months with possibility of extension
 
Only W2 candidates are eligible for this position. Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered
 
Description
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Product experience as must: Outlook, Planner, Word and Excel. We do use pivots and v-lookups, but that is as in depth as we would need for excel skills.
  • There will be data entry portions of the job as well, so quality and quantity of work are both vital.
  • Client use multiple other systems that we can teach on site, but the person must be computer savvy.
  • Any sort of data analytics background would be a plus (but not required).
  • Trucking background would be nice specifically (not needed just a nice to have)
Day to day tasks:
  • Register service contracts, administer credits, working with dealers and customers to find the best solution of coverage for their vehicle fleets and assisting the team with daily responsibilities.
  • Must have proficiency in Microsoft products and be detail oriented.
  • Works well independently and in a team environment, have the ability to work in multiple systems at a time, and maintain customer focus.
