Job description

We are a premium, high-end automotive service facility known for exceptional workmanship, transparent communication, and a luxury-level customer experience. Our clientele expects the best, and we take pride in delivering it—every time. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a professional, detail-driven Automotive Service Writer to act as the bridge between our customers and our technicians.
The Automotive Service Writer will greet clients, listen to and document vehicle concerns, create and manage repair orders, and guide customers through the service process from check-in to delivery. This role requires clear, courteous communication, strong automotive knowledge, and a commitment to delivering a five-star customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Reception and Communication: Welcome customers, establish rapport, and clearly explain the service process.
• Accurate Documentation: Record customer concerns, vehicle history, and symptoms with precision.
• Repair Order Management: Create and maintain repair orders, track job status, and coordinate with technicians.
• Estimate Preparation and Presentation: Prepare transparent estimates, explain recommended services, and obtain customer approvals.
• Customer Guidance: Keep customers informed of progress, answer questions, and present final findings and invoices.
• Quality Assurance: Verify completed work meets standards before vehicle release and follow up on customer satisfaction.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain service records, process payments, and manage appointment scheduling.
• Responsible for opening and closing the shop occasionally
• Document vehicle intake by photographing cars upon drop-off
• Perform various administrative and operational tasks to support daily shop activities
Pay will be: Base salary $33,000 with commission up to $150,000 (uncapped), for a total compensation potential of $180,000 annually.  Bonus after quota attainment to reward overperformance.
Three or more years of experience is a prerequisite for this role
Monday-Friday 7:30am-6pm.
Saturday and Sunday-Closed
