Job description

Service Center Technician
 Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Service Center Technician for a family owned company in Columbia, TN. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career with a growing local company. 
 

Pay Rate  
 $17 and up, based on experience
 


Schedule and Hours  
7:00 AM-5:30 PM (no set schedule; flexibility required)
Sundays off!
 
 
 
Service Center Technician Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Perform routine maintenance and service work on customer and company equipment
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs
  • Perform tire changes, oil changes, and routine preventative maintenance
  •  Communicate with customers and team members regarding repair status and maintenance needs.
 
 
 
Service Center Technician Qualifications and Requirements: 
  • Previous mechanical or service center technician experience is required
  • Ability to perform preventative maintenance, including oil changes, tire replacement, and inspections.
  • Knowledge of basic vehicle, equipment, or machinery maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs with ease
  • Drug screen and criminal background check required
