Job Title: Customer Service Associateย

Location: Springdale, AR 72762 (On-site position)
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Shift Details:
2nd Shift: Saturday โ Monday, 7:00 AM โ 7:00 PM
Occasional option to work on Fridays
Training Schedule: Monday โ Friday, 8:00 AM โ 5:00 PM for a minimum of 3 weeks
Job Summary:The Customer Service Associate (CSA) is responsible for managing relationships between transportation carriers, customers, and sales teams. This role requires a strong understanding of the customerโs processes and needs, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact for assigned external customers.
Manage all aspects of the customer relationship, including responding to high volumes of emails and resolving issues efficiently.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments.
Use various dispatch and scheduling platforms (e.g., TES, LME, Four Kites, OTR, Retailix, Retail Link, UNFI, One Network, etc.) to track, coordinate, and resolve delivery and service issues.
Understand internal systems, policies, and procedures, as well as customer organizational structures and workflows.
Identify and implement cost-effective and creative solutions to delivery and service issues.
Represent the company positively through timely, accurate, and professional customer support.
