At Anna Maria of Aurora, we believe in providing exceptional care and support to our residents in a warm, home-like environment. Your role will be essential in creating a positive, uplifting dining experience for our residents in both our Skilled Nursing Facility and Assisted Living community.

We're currently looking for friendly and dependable Food Service Aides to enhance the mealtime experience for our residents in both our Skilled Nursing Facility and Assisted Living community.

We have Flexible Scheduling: Full-time (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) and part-time (4:00 PM – 7:30 PM) shifts available.

JOB SKILLS/DUTIES OF A FOOD SERVICE AIDE

  • Food Service Aides provide excellent customer service to residents and family members to enhance resident satisfaction and the overall dining experience.
  • Serve food and beverages in dining room in accordance with residents’ dietary needs and preferences.
  • Assist in scheduled cleaning duties and dishwashing
  • Set up meal trays, food carts and dining room as instructed. Deliver trays and food carts to designated areas.
  • Food Service Aides distribute and collect menus as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver snacks, beverages, etc. as instructed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS OF A DIETARY AIDE:

  • Food Service Aide must be at least 16 years old
  • No experience required
