Office/Branch Admin

Location: Americus, GA

Department: Service / Administration

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service & Administrative Coordinator to support daily dealership operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating service work, and handling administrative and accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, visitors, and incoming calls
  • Open, manage, and close work orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide service quotes and assist with customer inquiries
  • Coordinate workflow to ensure technicians have consistent work
  • Maintain service records, files, and documentation
  • Process cash receipts, prepare deposits, and support basic accounting functions
  • Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
  • Assist with purchase orders and submit documentation to accounting
  • Provide administrative support across service, sales, and parts departments
  • Manage office communications, mail, and filing systems
  • Order and maintain office and service supplies
  • Assist with reporting, warranty claims, and follow-ups
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and professional work environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • Experience in administrative, service, or dealership environments preferred
  • Basic accounting knowledge (AP/AR, cash handling)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
