The Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining customer accounts. The Account Manager manages the total sales process toward building and supporting strong customer relationships. This includes frequent customer contact, leading cost changes, managing customer bids, and driving the sell-in of new items. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, managing customer bookings, building an accurate annual budget, developing promotions when needed, addressing short payments, and coordinating internally with customer service, inventory, traffic, technical services, and credit.
