Job description

Role Overview:

Angel City is looking for a Ticket Service Account Executive to support the growth of Angel City FC's fan base and ticketing department. Providing thoughtful, strategic servicing to our Season Ticket Holders and fans is paramount to Angel City's success. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Ticket Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual and team revenue targets as set forth by Angel City leadership, including renewal, upsell, and referrals
  • Provide best-in-class service to Season Ticket Holders
  • Drive a solutions-oriented culture by implementing positive, team-oriented behavior
  • Engage with Season Ticket Holders; support new customer onboarding and education
  • Execute Season Ticket Holder touchpoint campaigns and benefits programs
  • Create exceptional, memorable experiences for Season Ticket Holders through game-day opportunities and events
  • Perform game day responsibilities, including entertaining clients and prospects, as well as working ticket booths and tables

Requirements:

We are particularly interested in candidates who have demonstrated fluency in the following areas:

  • Experience working in ticketing and service, preferably within professional sports, luxury, or hospitality
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Personable, proactive, creative, and innovative team player who believes in the mission and values of Angel City and the NWSL
  • Ideal to have knowledge and proficiency in Archtics and Salesforce

Compensation

This is a non-exempt, full-time position that pays $20.00 per hour.
