Job Description

As a Server at Applebee's, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverages while accommodating guests' needs in a courteous and timely manner. Every interaction should reflect the Applebee's Service Promise by making friendly, personal connections with guests, maintaining a clean and comfortable dining environment, setting the pace with attentive service, ensuring orders are accurate and delivered quickly, and addressing any issues proactively to make things right.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Casual Restaurant industry preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
  • Current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements, preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
