WHAT YOUR ROLE INVOLVES

  • Deliver impeccable customer service at all times
  • Bring orders and clear tables according to established standards
  • Serve wine and beverages according to banquet service techniques
  • Advise guests on products and demonstrate sales skills
  • Set tables and prepare rooms before events
  • Polish glasses and utensils
  • Maintain cleanliness of the premises at all times
  • Perform any other related tasks necessary for the smooth running of operations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant service experience
  • French-English bilingualism required due to regular interactions with an international clientele
  • Knowledge of the restaurant industry
  • Knowledge of wines (asset)
  • Courtesy, positive attitude, organizational skills and team spirit
  • Stress tolerance, autonomy, speed, resourcefulness and discretion
