Position Summary: The Server is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. This role involves taking orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining a clean dining area, handling cash transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience. The Server will also adhere to safety and compliance standards while contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Food and Beverage Service:
  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Present menus and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, or specials.
  • Take customer orders accurately and ensure special requests are communicated to the kitchen and bar.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and in accordance with restaurant standards.
  • Ensure all food and drink orders are presented neatly and with the correct garnishes.
  • Offer recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ensure guests' needs are met, including refills, condiments, and other requests.
  • Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly, maintaining a calm and positive demeanor.
  • Create a positive atmosphere by engaging with guests and ensuring a comfortable dining experience.
  • Cash Handling and POS Operation:

  • Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and ready for guests, including setting tables, stocking utensils, and replenishing supplies.
  • Clean and reset tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring the area is ready for the next party.
  • Ensure restrooms and common areas are tidy and well-stocked.
  • Compliance and Safety:
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure food is handled, stored, and served correctly.
