What are some common challenges servers face during peak hours, and how can they effectively manage them?

During busy meal times, servers often handle multiple tables, special requests, and time-sensitive orders simultaneously. Managing these challenges requires strong organizational skills, clear communication with kitchen staff and fellow servers, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
