Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, employee training modules, and certifications such as ServSafe are commonly required. Can you make $100,000 as a server?

Server trainers typically do not earn $100,000 annually solely from their training role, as server salaries generally range from minimum wage to moderate hourly rates. The role frequently requires close collaboration with management and kitchen staff to ensure new employees are adhering to best practices. This hands-on, fast-paced environment helps new servers build confidence and ensures a smooth transition to independent work.
