Job description

What You'll Do
  • Build, set up, and configure various server platforms and Ethernet devices, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and internal/external requirements.
  • Install drivers and software on Ethernet controllers, data storage devices, network interface cards, and other network devices.
  • Perform test procedures on server equipment, troubleshoot customer-reported issues, and implement corrections.
  • Identify and report significant technical or quality problems to Production leadership and assist in developing solutions.
  • Decommission old servers and equipment.
  • Manage inventory following 6S/Basis principles.
  • Adhere to Aristocrat Technologies' employee handbook guidelines.
  • Participate in company health and safety programs, align with OSHA policies, and follow all safety and health rules.

What We're Looking For
  • Required: high school diploma or equivalent; Preferred: Associate degree or two years of relevant work experience in electronics, computer assembly/repair, or a related technical field.
  • Two years of electro-mechanical assembly and test experience is desirable.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of PC system architecture, including client and server platforms.
  • Experience with Windows 7+, Windows 2008 Server+, Linux (SLES and/or RHEL), Microsoft HyperV, and VMWare ESX Operating Systems preferred.
  • Proven technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a passion for learning new technologies; 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to push or pull a pallet jack with a maximum load of 1500 lbs.
  • Capability to lift and move up to 40 pounds short distances and frequently lift/move 10 pounds.
