Hiring Repair Technicians – Growing Tech Company in Fremont, CA

We’re hiring Repair Technicians to support a fast-growing tech company in Fremont. This role is ideal for candidates with strong troubleshooting and debugging experience, especially in server, computer, or hardware environments.

Pay:

  • Day Shift: $25.50/hr
  • Swing Shift: $27.00/hr
  • Graveyard Shift: $29.50/hr

Schedule:

  • Day: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
  • Swing: 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM
  • Grave: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
  • First Day Orientation: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Troubleshoot and debug hardware issues on servers and computer systems
  • Test, diagnose, and repair electronic components and assemblies
  • Set up and calibrate testing equipment
  • Follow test procedures and document results
  • Rework and repair systems based on test findings
  • Handle basic logistics (unpacking, packaging, labeling, moving equipment as needed)

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills (hardware + basic software)
  • Experience working with computers, servers, or electronics repair
  • Backgrounds like Geek Squad, Apple, Google support/repair, or similar are a big plus
  • Comfortable working with tools, components, and system builds
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to read schematics or follow technical instructions is a plus
  • Good communication and attention to detail
