Join a team where your smile truly matters! At Spring Arbor Senior Living, we're looking for friendly, dependable Servers to provide an exceptional dining experience for our residents in a warm, welcoming Assisted Living community.
If you enjoy working in hospitality, food service, or senior care - and love making people feel at home - this is the perfect opportunity for you!
The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
Areas of Responsibility
  • Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
  • Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
  • Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
  • Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents' apartments as needed.
  • Label and date all food.

Required Qualifications
  • Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
  • Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
  • Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
  • The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Food serving experience preferred.
