Job description

Voted a Top Workplace and Top Pizza nationally, Colony Grill is looking for servers with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Our simple menu featuring our signature bar-style pizza enables our staff to focus on delivering exceptional hospitality. As such, we are looking for natural people-persons with an eye for the details, who is looking to join a hard-working and efficient team.
In addition to working at a Colony Grill restaurant, you will also have the opportunity to be part of the Colony Grill professional sports team stadium staff.
Responsibilities:
  • Assure knowledge of Colony Grill history, all menu items, ingredients, and methods of preparation.
  • Engage guests to customize service and proactively address special requests.
  • Take food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Enter orders accurately in POS system.
  • Deliver food/drink items while providing exceptional hospitality, in a timely fashion.
  • Help set up, maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section.
  • Run food whenever needed to both your tables and your teammates tables.
  • Collect guest payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Abide by safe serving/liquor laws, and according to Colony Grill policies.
  • Abide by all cleaning procedures, health code regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
  • Enjoy a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced, team culture.
  • Ability to memorize all the ingredients in both the menu as well as seasonal specialty items.
  • General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer
  • Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.
