Mamma Mia Pizzeria and Italian Restaurant 2 has been building a 30-year tradition from New York to Miami. We invite you to join our team proudly serving guests an authentic Italian experience in a warm familiar ambiance!
Server Position Summary: The Mamma Mia Server ensures all guests are provided with exceptional prompt service. The Server describes menu items, assists in making food and drink selections, takes and enters orders, delivers food and beverages and assists fellow team members to ensure overall Guest satisfaction at Mamma Mia!
Responsibilities:
Completes sidework in a timely manner Satisfies preparation needs for shift.
Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food.
Takes the customer's order - writing it down or memorizing it.
Presents order to the cooks on behalf of the patrons.
Serves customers the pre-ordered food.
Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
Totals bill and accepts payment or refers patron to Cashier.
Clears or resets table at the end of each course.
Thanks patrons and kindly invites them back for future dining.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience preferred 6 months+ job stability.
Flexible schedule: willingness to work evenings, weekends, some holidays.
Reliable transportation.
Physical Demands.
Regularly required to stand.
Regularly required to talk and listen.
Regularly required to use hands.
Required to lift heavy trays, equipment.
