   •    Complete affidavits of service and other required documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
   2.    Management and Leadership:
   •    Build and manage the process serving team as the department grows.
   •    Train and mentor new process servers to ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
   •    Oversee scheduling, case assignments, and performance of process servers.
   •    Ensure all legal documents are handled securely, efficiently, and professionally.
   3.    Client Relations and Marketing:
   •    Actively market First Class Private Investigation’s process serving services to attorneys, law firms, businesses, and other potential clients.
   •    Network within the legal and business community to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
   •    Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.
   •    Monitor client satisfaction and adjust strategies to meet client needs effectively.
   4.    Operational and Administrative Duties:
   •    Handle initial billing and invoicing for clients accurately and on time.
   •    Develop and maintain a streamlined process for handling incoming cases and assignments.
   •    Maintain organized records of services completed, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
   •    Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to management regarding the department’s growth and efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements:
   •    Certification as a Process Server (or the ability to become certified within the required timeframe).
   •    At least 2 years of experience as a process server or in a related legal field.
   •    Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing process serving.
   •    Proven leadership skills and experience managing or mentoring a team.
   •    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
   •    Strong marketing and networking abilities to attract and retain clients.
   •    Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
   •    Experience with billing, invoicing, and basic business operations.
   •    Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
   •    Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed (evenings and weekends).
Preferred Skills:
   •    Previous experience growing or managing a legal services department.
   •    Familiarity with legal software and tools for documentation and record-keeping.
   •    Proven track record in client acquisition and retention.
   •    Understanding of private investigation or related legal services.
What We’re Looking For:
   •    A self-starter who can take initiative and work independently to build and scale the process serving department.
   •    A professional who is passionate about providing excellent service and is willing to go the extra mile for clients.
   •    Someone with a growth mindset who is eager to expand their skills and contribute to the success of the business.
   •    A detail-oriented and dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
   •    Competitive base salary with opportunities for bonuses based on department performance.
   •    Potential for promotion as the department grows and develops.
