We are seeking an experienced dining server to join our talented team at The Anchor. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in fine dining restaurants who demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities. Ultimately, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting restaurant growth.

Job Duties:

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly, engaging service.
  • Have full knowledge of food and beverage preparation, guest relations, service styles, and etiquette.
  • Be fully knowledgeable about the menu, specials, bar/wine list.
  • Deal with potential complaints with a positive attitude when the manager is away.
  • Suggestive selling and up-selling beverage and food items when appropriate.
