Amaro's Table is opening a new location in Castle Rock this fall, and we are seeking professional and organized hosts to join our team. If you have a passion for hospitality and want to be part of a dynamic, guest-focused environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
What We’re Looking For:

  • Attention to Detail and Cleanliness: In addition to greeting and seating guests, you’ll be responsible for restroom checks, ensuring cleanliness throughout the restaurant, and maintaining floors and booths free from debris.
  • Supportive Team Player: You will assist servers by refilling drinks, pre-bussing, bussing, and resetting tables. You’ll also help with running food, expediting, taking to-go orders, and answering phones. Anything the team or guests need, you’ll be there to help.
  • Hospitality: We believe in classic hospitality touches, such as pushing in chairs, polite verbiage, and opening doors for guests. These small gestures make a big impact on the guest experience.
  • Professionalism and Presentation: Our hosts need to be professional in both their behavior and appearance. Dressing up and maintaining a polished demeanor is key.
  • Willingness to Learn and Grow: We value growth and development, so you’ll need to be open to receiving feedback and eager to learn new skills.
  • Quick and Purposeful: In a busy restaurant, efficiency matters. You’ll need to move quickly and with purpose to ensure smooth service.
Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Managing reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements
  • Performing regular restroom checks and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant
  • Assisting servers with drink refills, pre-bussing, bussing, and resetting tables
  • Ensuring floors, booths, and other areas are free from debris
  • Providing classic hospitality by pushing in chairs, opening doors, and engaging with guests politely
  • Running food, expediting, taking to-go orders, and answering phones
  • Supporting the team and guests in any way needed to ensure exceptional service
Requirements:
  • Previous Host or Customer Service Experience: Experience in a host or similar customer service role is preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You’ll need to communicate effectively with guests and team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Friendly and Professional Demeanor: A welcoming, positive attitude and polished appearance are essential.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: We need hosts who can stay organized, efficient, and calm under pressure.
  • Flexible Availability: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Benefits
  • Be Part of a New Team: Help us create a welcoming and memorable experience at our new Castle Rock location.
  • Opportunities for Growth: We’re dedicated to helping our team members grow within the company. If you’re passionate about hospitality, there’s room to advance here.
  • Collaborative Work Environment: Join a supportive team where your contributions are valued, and teamwork is key.
  • Schedule flexibility: Both part-time and full-time positions available.
  • Closed for major holidays: 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
  • Healthcare benefits including dental and vision for full time employees working 30 hours or more.
  • Monthly employee and family meal discount programs.
If you’re ready to bring your passion for hospitality to Amaro’s Table and make a difference in every guest’s experience, we’d love to hear from you!
