Position Summary
Supports the Land Lease Manager in all duties related to land lease/real estate issues.
Essential Job Functions and Tasks- These essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following. Additional essential functions may be identified and included by the hiring department.
• Assists with activities such as site identification and revenue analysis. Assists with permits procurement and securing variances.
• Provides administrative support by completing forms, correspondence, presentations and reports. Assists in research and analysis activities.
• Contacts lessors via letter, phone, and email. Assists with lessor requests and settling discrepancies.
• Manages land lease data on the website and server. Maintains all related records.
• Prepares check requests as needed and notifies the accounting department of any changes.
• Performs similar or related duties as required or assigned.

This work environment is an office-like setting with moderate noise.
