We are seeking energetic, motivated individuals who are dedicated to exceptional guest experiences, high-quality ingredients, and exemplary service. As a server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and delivering orders, and ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information about the menu, specials, and make recommendations accordingly.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders from guests, ensuring that special requests and dietary/allergy restrictions are communicated to the kitchen.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure that orders are delivered accurately and meet the restaurant's quality standards.
  • Monitor and attend to guests' needs throughout their meal. Refill drinks, clear empty plates, and ensure that tables are clean and organized.
  • Present checks to guests, process payments, and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
  • Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency. Escalate any unresolved issues to management as needed.
