Job Responsibilities:

  • Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
  • Exhibit sincere hospitality. Go above and beyond for the guest. Be obsessed with guest satisfaction.
  • Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
  • Understand shift end reports in the outlet and the Point of Sale System
  • Understand all reservations systems and iPad systems for seating charts
  • Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
  • Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
  • Follow brand policies, procedures and service standards
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
  • Follow hotel time and attendance policy
  • Follow grooming and attire guidelines
  • Must be available to work flexible shifts including AM, PM, evenings and weekends
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Server in high volume food and beverage operation
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits as well as their preparation and presentation
  • Previous point of sale system experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English
  • Ability to work a exible schedule including mornings, afternoons, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): 

  • Constant standing and walking throughout shift
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
