Part-Time | Year-Round | Minimum 3 Shifts per Week
The Opportunity
Oak Hill Country Club is one of the nation's premier private clubs, known for world-class hospitality, championship golf, and a tradition of exceptional member experiences. We are looking for a Server Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team and help deliver the elevated, attentive service that Oak Hill is known for.
As a Server Assistant, you'll play an important role in the dining experience-working closely with servers, bartenders, culinary staff, and management to keep service running smoothly and ensure our members and guests receive exceptional hospitality. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in providing outstanding service.
Position Details
Status: Part-Time, Year-Round
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 3:30 PM to close; minimum of 3 shifts per week
Compensation: $16.00/ hour + Pooled Gratuity
What You'll Do
• Support servers and the service team in delivering exceptional service in accordance with Oak Hill standards.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly and discreetly throughout service.
• Assist with food running, beverage service support, and member requests as directed by servers and management.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked dining rooms and service stations.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work assignments, including cleaning, stocking, and organizing service areas.
• Ensure china, glassware, flatware, and dining room equipment are clean and properly presented.
• Respond quickly to service needs and communicate member concerns or service issues to servers or management.
• Work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, culinary staff, and management to ensure smooth and efficient service.
