Food amp; Beverage Server
Summer and Extended Season (9+ month) positions are available!
Woods Hole Golf Club is now hiring service-driven, dependable servers to join our Food amp; Beverage team. We are especially interested in local candidates seeking employment of up to 10 months who want to grow with a respected, member-focused private club.
If you take pride in great service, enjoy working as part of a team, and are looking for steady, rewarding work in a beautiful Cape Cod setting, this could be a great fit for you.
Position Details:
Status: Full-Time amp; Part-Time opportunities available
Schedule: day amp; evening shifts; weekend availability required
Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour, based on experience
Ideal for individuals with flexible schedules – summer and extended seasonal availability
Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional dining service to members and guests
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and professionally
  • Share knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage pairings
  • Enter orders into the POS system and communicate special requests to the kitchen
  • Maintain clean, organized service stations and dining areas
  • Complete side work and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
  • Assist with service during special events and golf-related functions
Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience preferred (but not required)
  • Must be 18+ years old (per MA alcohol service laws)
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • U.S. work authorization
Physical Demands amp; Work Environment:
  • Primary work location: Clubhouse (occasional golf course service)
