Summary:
Responsible for providing food and beverage service to all guests in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner while displaying a high standard of customer service. In order to ensure satisfactory service for all patrons, a F&B CSR performs many different tasks such as food preparation, cleaning duties, acting as a cashier/hostess, and taking food and beverage orders.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide continuous, attentive, and exceptional service to casino guests while providing food & beverages.
2. Preparing and cooking food using basic culinary skills, standard recipes, and simple instructions.
3. Operates and maintains guest reservations; works with the MICROS system to record all sales transactions; assists team members as needed or requested.
4. Responsible for the prompt delivery of non-alcoholic beverages and food orders.
5. Complete all side work in a timely and satisfactory manner to ensure a clean, neat work area that is adequately stocked at all times.
6. Assist all guests as needed.
7. Stays informed and up-to-date with daily changes in menus, pricing, special events, and promotions.
8. React to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
9. Handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently.
10. Additional duties as assigned.
11. Comply with all Oklahoma state liquor laws and Muskogee Creek Nation Community alcoholic beverage ordinance.
