Job description

We are looking for supportive "},Server Assistants to enhance our service team. As a Server Assistant, you support our Servers with guest needs and table maintenance to ensure flawless execution. This role is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring strong stamina and the ability to stay organized during busy service periods. Your primary responsibility is delivering food and drinks from the kitchen and bar to guests quickly and efficiently. You are essential in our guests having a great experience at Earls.
Compensation: up to $15/hr + tips
Hourly wage will be based on a comprehensive evaluation of each candidate's qualifications and achievements. While the range provides a general guideline, final offers will be tailored to each individual.
