Summary of Responsibilities:


The Server Assistant supports the server and host teams, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for guests. Duties include table setup, maintaining cleanliness, expediting food and drink orders, and offering prompt support to servers, all while adhering to The Views standards.



Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Table Preparation: Prepare tables with appropriate settings, glassware, and napkins.
  • Food and Beverage Assistance: Expedite food and drink orders from the kitchen, delivering to tables promptly and accurately.
  • Guest Assistance: Refill water glasses, replace utensils, and anticipate guest needs to support a seamless dining experience.
  • Cleanliness Maintenance: Ensure tables and dining areas are cleaned and reset efficiently.
  • Stocking Supplies: Maintain adequate supplies of glassware, utensils, and other items to support servers in meeting guest needs.
  • Collaboration: Assist servers and other team members to ensure coordinate and exceptional service.
  • Additional Duties: Support the entire wait staff team as required to uphold service standards.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
