Job Overview: Removes soiled dishes; cleans, sanitizes, and re-sets restaurant tables. Restocks service areas. Assists servers throughout all guest experience. Thorough knowledge of menu; describes ingredients of menu items to guests. Keeps floors clean of debris and cleans any spills immediately. Occasional Tasks

Illuminate Your Future: What You’ll Do:

  • Removes soiled dishes; cleans, sanitizes, and re-sets restaurant tables.
  • Restocks service areas.
  • Assists servers throughout all guest experience by delivering drinks, running food, clearing.
  • Tables/dishes, ensuring orders are prepared as ordered, assisting with guest concerns.
  • Keeps floors clean of debris and cleans any spills immediately.
  • Assists in completing side work including cleaning, rolling silverware, restocking supplies.
  • Responsible for water and beverage service.
  • Other duties may include duties such as bussing tables, washing dishes, seating guests.
