Job description

This position is focused on upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards within the steakhouse, specifically for all dishes and cooking tools. The Server Assistant is responsible for washing dishes both by hand and with an automated machine, as well as ensuring that food preparation areas remain clean and sanitary. The role also requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
