Job Overview: As the Server Assistant at Palomino Ranch, one of the key responsibilities is supporting the front of house team to ensure smooth and efficient service. They play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant and assisting servers in delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely manner. Server Assistants help set and reset tables, remove used dishes, and ensure the dining room is always guest-ready. In addition, they support communication between the front of house and back of house staff and assist with guest needs such as water refills and table maintenance. These tasks contribute to the larger goal of providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Ultimately, you will help ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience through efficient support and teamwork.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests accurately and promptly
• Act as support between Front of House and Back of House staff
• Assist with table setting by placing appropriate tableware, utensils, and napkins
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and reset quickly for new guests
• Remove dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables
• Refill water and assist guests with basic needs as requested
• Communicate guest requests, feedback, or concerns to servers or management
• Support food and beverage service flow to ensure efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room throughout service
