The server assistant is an exciting entry-level opportunity, responsible for all facets of secondary service, supporting the service staff, and maintaining the overall dining venues. Our ideal restaurant candidate is energetic and committed to providing outstanding service every day. Our operations are fast paced and member focused.

Woodfield has six dining venues, each with a varied and unique dining experience to suit our members. From casual poolside bites to elaborate buffets and elegant dinners, our menus and service will exceed your expectations. We are dedicated to hiring outstanding individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Part-time & Full-time hours available - Lunch and Dinner shifts Must have availability for weekends & holidays ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Carries dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen Wipes table tops and chairs with damp cloth Replaces soiled table linens, and sets tables with silverware and glassware Replenishes supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room Serves ice water, bread, and butter to patrons Cleans and polishes glass shelves and doors of service bars and equipment such as coffee urns, cream, and milk dispensers Makes coffee and fills fruit juice dispensers Sweeps and mops service carpets and floors when needed during business hours Other duties may be assigned by manager REQUIREMENTS: Excellent service orientation Excellent communication and service skills Previous experience in a upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club environment, preferred Must be willing to work a flexible schedule Woodfield Country Club is a drug-free workplace and candidates must be able to a pass pre-employment drug screen.
