Work That Moves You: Where Serious Fun Meets Your Part-Time Job

Do you light up when you’re in front of a group? Do you have the kind of energy that makes kids pay attention and parents feel at ease? At The Little Gym, our best coaches bring big personalities, clear leadership, and a knack for making learning fun. Whether you’ve built those skills in school activities, sports, or just by being the “go-to” person in a group, this is your chance to put them to work in a job that matters.
???? Shifts we need most: Weekday Evenings and Weekend Mornings
???? Hours per week: 12–20 hours
What you’ll do:

  • Lead fun, beginner-friendly tumbling classes for kids (no prior experience needed—we train you)
  • Create an environment where kids feel encouraged, safe, and celebrated
  • Be confident and engaging when leading kids and communicating with parents
  • Take ownership of your classes and help keep the gym organized and welcoming
**** How to Apply (Read This!):  ****
Our standard job board application doesn’t tell us much about your personality — and that’s the most important part of this role. You will NOT be considered until you complete our required application form (see link below) and submit a video showing us who you are as a person. Don’t worry — we’re not expecting a Hollywood production, just a chance to see who you are with energy and enthusiasm.
???? Complete your application here: https://tlgurl.com/apply
Why you’ll love it:

  • A role that blends teaching, teamwork, and leadership
  • Flexible part-time hours that fit around school and activities
  • Real-world skills: public speaking, group leadership, and customer service
  • Active, on-your-feet job
  • No late nights—most shifts end by 8 pm
  • You’ll make a visible impact—kids leave more confident than when they arrived
You’d be a great fit if…

  • You’re at least 16 and love working with kids
  • You have a natural presence and enjoy leading with energy and imagination
  • You’re positive, reliable, and take pride in doing things well
  • You can be playful, but also step up as the responsible leader in the room
About us:
