• Schwab Training and Development
To set you up for success, you’ll complete our comprehensive training through Wealth
Management University, a four-week virtual experience led by live facilitators, followed by
an immersive weeklong bootcamp to connect with peers and learn from experts.
After completing Wealth Management University, your individualized development
continues through hands-on training and mentorship within your branch. You’ll collaborate
closely with your branch manager, experienced peers, and dedicated mentors who provide
guidance tailored to your unique background and career goals.

What you have

The expertise you bring:


• A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required
• Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance as it will
be required during your tenure on the job.
• CFP® Certification is a plus. (If you have not obtained the CFP designation yet, we
encourage your professional development with Tuition Reimbursement and our internal
CFP Cohort Program)
