Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Current, full licensure to practice independently in Washington as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Please note that provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with empathy, enabling a supportive therapeutic environment.
  • Proficiency with technology and online therapy platforms for effective session management.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth services or those who have worked with diverse populations will find themselves well-suited for this role.
