Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and professional team player for a full-time Septic Truck Driver to join our small family owned business. In this role, you will provide customer service to home owners in need of septic tank pumping. Physical labor (digging up septic tanks) in order to pump them may be required. Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more & be able to  complete strenuous work at times. You will plan the most efficient route, and perform routine vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate has experience driving trucks and makes safety a number one priority, Absolute Plumbing is a 24 hour a day, 365 days a year business which requires dedication, reliability, honesty & self motivation!
Responsibilities 
  • Perform routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Plan the safest and most efficient routes of travel
  • Adhere to schedules
  • Comply with all company policies and driving laws 
  • Selling & performing needed repairs
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Truck Driver is preferred
  • Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL), Class A or B with tanker endorsement (or endorsement eligible)
  • Understanding of all relevant truck driving laws and regulations
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Willingness to be on-call every other weekend
  • Some overtime & after hours emergencies are part of the job
  • Some sewer/septic knowledge is desired but not required
