Job Description Job Description Dixie Septic Tank Service is a second-generation, family-owned company that has proudly served the North Metro Atlanta area for over 30 years. We specialize in septic tank pumping, septic repairs, sewer and drain services, and underground utility work.

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Septic Helper to join our growing team.
Position Overview
The Septic Helper will assist technicians and operators with septic tank pumping, repairs, installations, digging, sewer work, and general labor tasks. This is a physically active, hands-on position with opportunities to learn the trade and advance within the company.
No prior septic experience is required โ€” we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and good attitude.
Responsibilities
Assist with septic tank pumping and cleaning
Help with septic repairs and installations
Assist with digging, pipe installation, and general labor
Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
Maintain clean and organized job sites and vehicles
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Communicate professionally with team members and customers

Requirements
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Construction, plumbing, septic, or equipment experience is a plus, but not required
CDL is a plus, but not required
