As a First Waterworks Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting for new contractor customers while maintaining business relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop and maintain relationships with an assigned and new customer base, including key accounts, insuring their satisfaction with our products and a Best-In-Class Customer Experience
  • Prepare and submit oral and written material quotations
  • Identify customer product needs and coordinate execution of orders with other departments
  • Participate in trade associations, customer functions and local business community affairs related to First Waterworks business
  • Monitor sales trends and product performance results
  • Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field
  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager /General Manager
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in outside sales, field sales, or business development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing time and priorities effectively
  • Customerfocused mindset with a resultsdriven approach
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory
  • Knowledge of waterworks products and customers
