We are excited to launch our new Riverside, CA location and are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead to support our night shift team (2:00 PM start). This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape warehouse operations from the ground up while playing a key leadership role on the floor. In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse activities including order fulfillment, packing, checking, and loading, while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety. As a Lead, you will support team performance, help develop employees, and promote a positive, productive work environment.

  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment by communicating effectively and respectfully with employees, customers, and leadership
  • Lead daily pre-shift huddles, including safety topics, process improvements, productivity goals, and break/stretch schedules
  • Oversee and coordinate order picking workflow to ensure accurate product selection, proper quantities, and on-time completion—utilizing RF scanners and/or forklifts as needed
  • Verify product identification, locations, and quantities using the warehouse management system (WMS) and related tools
  • Prepare materials for delivery or branch transfers by accurately picking, packing (boxes or pallets), and labeling shipments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, with a strong focus on assigned team areas and overall facility standards
  • Train and onboard new hires, ensuring proper shadowing, completion of training checklists, and adherence to standard operating procedures
  • Ensure proper equipment handling and end-of-shift organization, including returning all equipment to designated locations
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure team members remain on task, productive, and aligned with performance expectations
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback to improve accuracy, efficiency, and overall team performance
  • Enforce company safety policies and proactively address hazards, incidents, or non-compliance
  • Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to maintain smooth workflow and resolve operational challenges

  • 1–2 years of warehouse experience required; prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory processes, and product handling
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and platforms such as HighJump
  • Current forklift certification required (or ability to obtain/maintain certification)
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead and influence others
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to train, coach, and develop team members to drive performance and accountability
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, high-volume setting
