Monday-Saturday 7:00am-4:00pm, 9:00am-6:00pm, 11:00am-9:00pm, 1:00pm-11:00pm

Salary: $35,000-$45,000 (based on experience)

What will you be doing?
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across classrooms, hallways, offices, restrooms, cafeterias, common areas, and exterior spaces
  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, waxing, and maintaining floors according to established schedules
  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms while ensuring supplies remain fully stocked
  • Emptying trash and recycling containers daily and maintaining clean, hazard-free spaces
  • Operating custodial equipment and handling cleaning products safely and according to procedures
  • Completing room setups and breakdowns for school events, meetings, and activities
  • Responding to urgent custodial needs and campus requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Reporting maintenance concerns, damages, and safety issues to supervisors promptly
  • Supporting seasonal, deep-cleaning, emergency response, weather-related, and special event needs as assigned
  • Collaborating with school staff and facilities team members to maintain a positive, safe, and welcoming school environment
  • Following all safety protocols, emergency procedures, confidentiality expectations, and professional standards
What do we require from you?
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous custodial or janitorial experience is a plus
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment and handle cleaning chemicals safely
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Reliable transportation preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a school setting
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, or support emergencies based on campus operational needs.
