Global Supply Chain Planning, DPS Supply Chain.

Job Description: The role of Sr. Manager, Demand Planning Separation is a duration-based role to support the separation process as DePuy Synthes separates from Johnson & Johnson. The key objective of this role is to ensure that the separation of Demand Planning from the MedTech Regional structure and the setup of new data structures required for continuity of the planning process is flawlessly executed prior to Day 1.

The role will report to the Vice President, Supply Chain Planning Separation, DPS. Key Responsibilities: Work with the markets and regions to validate that the DPS demand planning process and associated demand capture systems are correctly set up for post separation. Provide a checklist to each market so that they can ensure that all local considerations related to demand planning have been addressed. Ensure that the current flow of demand data from markets and regions to the Global planning systems is maintained as the post-separation IT system landscape is established. Plan and schedule appropriate user testing to confirm readiness for Day 1.

Ensure that the new demand hierarchies in the relevant systems and reporting tools are consistent with the new DPS commercial organization structures and reporting requirements. Set up the data correction process for post-separation, so that errors/gaps in demand data feeds, input errors at the market-level are identified and addressed quickly. Work with markets as required to ensure that there are no system disruptions a ecting the monthly IBP demand planning process, leading up to Day 1. Key Performance metrics for this role include: o Sign-o from all DPS market leads that they have validated the to-be demand planning process and associated systems readiness for Day 1. o Seamless continuity maintained in the monthly demand planning process leading up to Day 1. o E2E data completeness and accuracy validated as IT systems are separated for Day 1.

$122,000.00 - $212,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
