Currently, we are launching Local Optimize Business, a new service that helps local businesses grow, while also serving clients through our core PPC and SEO services, and looking for an Account Manager.

What’s Different:

You won’t be doing cold sales.

All of our clients come through advertising - you’ll be working with warm inbound leads that are already interested in our services. Your role is to onboard, support, and grow these client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle inbound leads generated through our marketing campaigns (Local Optimize Business and PPC);
  • Manage onboarding and client support, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction;
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional agency services (PPC, SEO, Website Development, Google My Business);
  • Build long-term client relationships, provide reports, and maintain SLA standards;
  • Act as the main point of contact and ensure clients see value from day one.

Must Haves:

  • Experience in a digital agency or similar role (1–3 years+);
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, SEO, and Local SEO;
  • Strong client communication and account management skills;
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Comfortable managing multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
