Microsoft Administrator

TurboPass Corporation | Hybrid within Texas (Austin area)

TurboPass is a growing cloud-based SaaS company serving the automotive financing and dealer technology industry. Our platform helps dealers and lenders access consumer data securely and efficiently. With a team of approximately 40 people, we value ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement

TurboPass is looking for a Microsoft Administrator to help manage and secure our modern Microsoft 365 environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and taking ownership of cloud security and administration.

As a Microsoft Administrator, you'll play a key role in maintaining a secure, efficient, and well-managed Microsoft ecosystem. You'll work closely with our Head of Security and IT Administrator to strengthen identity management, endpoint security, compliance, and operational workflows.

This is a fully cloud-native environment built around Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Defender, Intune, Sentinel, and a Zero Trust security model. There is no on-premises infrastructure, servers, or traditional networking to manage.

Requirements

What You'll Do
  • Administer and secure the Microsoft 365 environment
  • Manage Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
  • Deploy, tune, and support Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
  • Serve as the first responder to all security incidents across the Microsoft environment, including triage, investigation, containment, and remediation
  • Build, tune, and improve Microsoft Sentinel detections using KQL to reduce noise and improve visibility
  • Experience with SIEM platforms
  • Experience in a security operations or SOC environment
Preferred Experience
  • Microsoft Sentinel and KQL queries/detection engineering
  • PowerShell scripting and automation
  • SIEM platforms
  • Security operations or SOC experience
Preferred Certifications & TrainingCertifications are a plus and demonstrate a strong foundation in Microsoft administration, security, and cloud technologies.
