Position Summary
Horizon Global Partners (HgP) is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Cloud Engineer to support a Federal Government customer by designing, implementing, securing, and optimizing enterprise Microsoft cloud environments. The successful candidate will serve as a senior technical leader responsible for Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Sentinel, Purview, and enterprise cloud security in a Zero Trust environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, deploy, administer, and optimize Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Hybrid Active Directory, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, and identity governance.
• Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Intune.
• Configure and manage Windows, macOS, and iOS devices using Microsoft Intune.
• Implement Windows Autopilot deployments.
• Configure and support Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Purview.
• Develop PowerShell automation and Microsoft Graph solutions.
• Support Azure infrastructure, networking, storage, monitoring, backup, and automation.
• Develop Power BI dashboards for operational, compliance, and cost reporting.
• Implement Zero Trust security aligned with NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-207, and FedRAMP Moderate.
• Produce SOPs, architecture diagrams, DR procedures, and incident response playbooks.
• Support audits, change management, and after-hours maintenance.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of enterprise Microsoft infrastructure experience.
• Minimum 5 years administering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 enterprise environments.
• Experience managing enterprise environments with 700+ endpoints.
• Expertise with Hybrid Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Azure, and PowerShell.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust Architecture and Federal cybersecurity standards.
Required Microsoft Certifications (Mandatory)
Candidates must currently hold ALL EIGHT (8) of the following Microsoft certifications. Each certification (or its equivalent legacy certification) must have been maintained and used professionally for a minimum of five (5) years. Expired certifications or certifications obtained without professional experience will not be considered.

4. Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate

8. Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate
Candidates who do not possess all eight required certifications will not be considered for this position.
