The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputable healthcare organization in Helena, MT to seek an experienced Quality Improvement Nurse to join the Quality Department. This role plays a key part in advancing patient safety, clinical excellence, and the overall patient experience through data-driven decision-making and collaborative quality improvement initiatives.
