Job Summary (List Format):
- Support sensory panel staff by preparing and maintaining products for sensory testing.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs for products, devices, consumables, and lab equipment; handle replenishment as needed.
- Record, label, and store incoming products and devices per protocols.
- Prepare samples following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Label products and materials for training and study sessions.
- Sanitize and prepare samples for testing.
- Ensure lab cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments of products and materials.
- Facilitate sensory panels up to 3-4 days per week with flexible working hours (estimated schedule: 10:00 am–5:00 pm or 12:00 pm–7:00 pm).
- Work 28–35 hours per week, 100% on-site in Durham, NC.
- Must possess a high school diploma (college preferred), and have reliable transportation.
- Preferred: 1 year of relevant work experience (lab, kitchen, or related field).
- Must be detail-oriented and skilled in documentation practices.
