Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Evansville, IN

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Flexible schedule based on client assignments.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality behavioral services to individuals with autism. Services are delivered in home-based, school-based, and clinic-based settings for clients ranging from ages 2 through 21.

Key Responsibilities

  • Observe patients and assess behavior.

  • Meet with families, teachers, and healthcare professionals to discuss treatment progress and behavioral concerns.

  • Develop individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.

  • Create simulated conditions to observe client behavior.

  • Formulate treatment plans that address cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs.

  • Administer treatment and modify interventions as needed.

  • Recommend additional services or referrals when appropriate.

  • Operate within time, financial, and resource constraints.

  • Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Prepare reports and treatment-related documentation.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for treatment planning.

  • Remain current with evidence-based practices and research.

  • Advocate for the inclusion of individuals with disorders and disabilities within society.

  • Education, Licensure, and Experience

Required Qualifications

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification.

  • Active Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license.

  • Proven experience as a BCBA or in a similar role.

  • Knowledge of appropriate referral procedures.

  • Excellent verbal communication and report-writing skills.

  • Calm, empathetic, and patient demeanor.

  • Ability to remain composed and adhere to best practices under pressure.
